Butinge Oil Terminal consisting of an single point mooring buoy and a submarine pipeline from the shore lies 3.7 miles WNW of Sventoji Light in a dept of 20 m. A prohibited area 0.5 miles wide extends ENE from the terminal to shore. The Butinge Terminal area is closed for leisure boats. A channel, within anchoring and fishing is prohibited leads from N side of the anchorage area to the terminal.
